Designed by Jack Baron RIBA during his tenure at DAP Architecture (now Scene Architects), St. Mark's Place is a contemporary apartment building located in Chelmsford City Centre, adjacent to Chelmsford Cathedral. The project features a striking combination of buff brickwork and metal-clad architectural elements, including balconies and a set-back top-floor penthouse, exemplifying a modern yet contextually sensitive design approach.
