Designed by Jack Baron RIBA, this project showcases a complete remodel and internal configuration of a detached property in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Working on behalf of a property developer, Jack sought planning permission for a ground floor rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen dining area, two-storey rear extension adding a fourth bedroom, and loft conversion comprising of a master bedroom with built-in dressing area and ensuite. Jack continued to prepare the Technical Drawing Package for Building Control approval and provide on-site assistance during construction. The completed property successfully exceeded the client's expectations and is now currently on the market.
